How to Prepare Your Donation
Please make sure your items are ready for collection to help us keep things quick and efficient.
Separate your items
Pack clothing, bric-a-brac, and books in separate bags or boxes.
Check condition
Ensure items are clean, so they can be re-homed. If you wouldn’t give it to a friend, please don’t donate it.
Pair your shoes
Tie or band shoes in pairs. Single shoes can’t be accepted.
Seal your bags
Tie bags or tape boxes securely so items stay clean and dry until collection.

What items do we accept for collection?
We accept clean clothing (adult, children, baby), paired shoes, accessories, bags, jewellery, books, soft toys, new bed linen, towels, and working electronics.
What items we don't accept?
We don’t accept dirty or damaged items, duvets or pillows, furniture, baby equipment, large items, or things like food, paint, and medicines.
How should I pack my donation items?
Please pack clothing, books, and household items in separate bags or boxes. Make sure everything is clean and dry.
Do you collect electronics?
We accept small working electronics, but not large appliances.
